This beautifully appointed home offers the perfect blend of coastal comfort and modern convenience.

The open-concept main level features a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, den, and a convenient half-bath. Whether you're relaxing in the living room or the den, both spaces feature plush seating and large Roku TVs. Dining options are plentiful, with space for six at the main table, four at a high-top, and three at the kitchen bar.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, a blender, spice rack, and specialized gear like a crab pot and mallets for authentic shore dinners. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and private bath. Two additional guest rooms—one with a queen bed and another with two sets of twin bunks—share a full hallway bath. Every bedroom includes a flatscreen TV with Roku or Fire Stick, and a laundry closet is located on the bedroom level for easy access.

Outdoor living is a breeze with a charming front porch and a small back deck with seating and a grill. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower. Nice stay at good price

We had a great week in Bethany! The place is not fancy but was clean and convenient and met our expectations. Having pool and pickleball steps away was a great perk. Hosts were responsive and flexible with our arrival time.

Family Vacation 2024

Had a wonderful week again in Bethany. Although this rental is one mile from beach we enjoy staying here. Lots of eateries nearby you can walk to or take the trolley to the beach and boardwalk.

Great place to relax

We love this property - this is our second stay there and we plan more. Well equipped, spotless, quiet but less than a mile to the beach, and easy access to shops and eateries. Haleh is responsive and helpful.

Nice week at the beach!

This was our third stay at this property! We love the location, space to spread out, and the amenities. The property is clean and has everything we need for a family of 5. It feels secluded and lovely to take a walk or ride a bike around the cul de sac. Also appreciate the pool and tennis court access. Host is great, very responsive! We will definitely come back!

Family getaway

Loved having 2 sitting areas especially with a 'tween' whose shows were different than ours! The pool was a nice option after a day at the beach. Our only suggestion is better air conditioning on the upper level...the heat wave made for warm nights!

Nice family beach trip

This summer was our second stay. And it didn't disappoint! Check-in was super easy to this property, which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Communication with property owner was excellent. Property was very clean upon arrival. My family enjoys the restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. And it's great to have access to the pool and tennis courts. We will be staying here again!

Great vacation!

We loved staying at this house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The house was clean! The beach was a 5 minute drive and we were given 2 residential parking passes. We enjoyed the pool and the friendly neighbors. The owners were very responsive whenever I reached out to them. We would defintiely stay again. Thank you for letting us stay at your house!

Delightful property!

My friend & I stayed here for a weekend with our daughters. Communication and check-in went incredibly smoothly, and we were delighted with the property! It’s a small neighborhood right off the main road, but the setting feels secluded & in nature with mature trees and a park-like setting. We really enjoyed all the space inside, as we had some bad weather but still had an enjoyable time! There are numerous restaurants and the nature center in easy walking distance. My friend & I both remarked that we would love to stay here again with our respective families. Wonderful experience!

Family vacation

Great location. Walking distance to beach ( 1 mile) and eatery’s. Quiet neighborhood. The townhome was comfortable for 6 adults. Would of liked a bigger back porch to hang out on. We sat chairs in the front yard instead. Kitchen could of uses items such as drain boards, sink stopper, sponges and some containers for leftovers or to take food to the beach. Working gas grill, no grill brush. We had to scrub the grates before using. There were no batteries in the smoke detector, it was hanging open. there were a few light bulbs out in bathrooms and some bathroom fixtures were loose from the wall. All in all I would definitely rent this for a family beach vacation.

Lovely place to stay in Bethany!!

We have been coming to Bethany beach for 20 years and this rental was definitely one of the best!!! The home is clean and beautiful and the owners Haleh and David are extremely kind and accommodating!! Highly recommend this rental property and will definitely go back!! 😀

Great family place

We really enjoyed our week over the 4th of July holiday. Rental was clean. The owners were very responsive to questions and typically replied within minutes. We were within walking distance to downtown, and it was the best way to get there for the parade and fireworks. Community was nestled back from main road and quite nice for families. Would recommend this place.

House was great with access to pool, tennis - close tide or walk to beach, stores and restaurants. Great technology with TVs and access to streaming services (like Netflix, etc). Would love to visit again!
