3bd/3bth vacation house located on beautiful Lake Talquin! Fish from the dock or bring your own boat. Hunting, hiking, and bike riding available in nearby state parks and national forest. Float in a nearby spring or come for an FSU football game! Amenities include: AC/Heat, washer & dryer, gas stove/oven, Internet and 3 TVs. Car and boat trailer parking space, double lot, outdoor fire pit and party lights, dock, screened porch with outside eating bar. Towels and bed linens, paper products, microwave, coffee maker, pantry items, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, outdoor charcoal grill, toaster, corn hole and board games.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Please put all used towels in the laundry room, wash all dirty dishes and take the trash to the outside garbage cans. Please leave the key where you found it and leave the doors unlocked.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Refundable Security deposit if no damage is found upon check-out. No noise after 11:00 pm. Respectful of surrounding neighbors. Clean up after pets.
