Tranquil setting with an open floor plan and all the amenities to make you feel at home. Tuft and Needle beds for all your sweet dreams.
Bedroom one has a king size bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom two has two full beds. Dining table has seating for eight, plenty of room for everyone to sit down together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils, blender, electric griddle, and toaster, everything you need to prepare a meal.

There are two flat screen TV's, one in the LR and another in master BR. Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the home.
Covered Patio with a large backyard and plenty of parking in addition to a two-car garage.

We were in Athens for graduation and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, well appointed and the garage is a nice bonus. When we come back to Athens, we’ll be definitely staying there again.

Best Place to Stay in Athens

My family and I were in Athens for a wedding and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. It was so cozy and the garage is a plus. If we ever come back to Athens, we’ll be definitely staying there again.

Great easy stay for UGA visit

House was clean, comfortable and cozy. A bit further out of the main part of Athens than we usually stay, but it all worked just fine! Quiet and quaint neighborhood. Great stay!

The perfect gameday stay

This place was better than the pictures even showed! It was new and clean and comfortable and had all the things you need to make your stay perfect. Its in a quiet neighborhood so perfect for families. The hosts were very attentive and provided all the info to make the stay easy. i highly recommend!

Awesome little house in quiet area

It was awesome. We really enjoyed having the comforts of home while being away from home. Quiet area and close to downtown Athens. We will likely be back around the same time next year so will make sure to book!

A great stay

We loved staying at this house. Everything was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were in town for a church conference at the Classic Center, and had a less than 10 minute drive from here. Heather was great to work with and communication was super easy. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Perfect for our needs

All one level with no steps. Ideal for us. Backyard patio area was nice and secluded for quiet coffee time in the mornings. Hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
