Sip 'N Sea - Built w/ All the Amenities & just a 3 minute walk to beach!

Nicely furnished with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! Home is at end of culdesac on huge lot with plenty of parking and privacy. It's located in Sea Breeze addition in the quieter part of Crystal Beach. Sip 'N Sea has an open concept living space with a large, comfortable wrap around couch and satellite tv. There are games and wifi provided. The kitchen has a spacious eat at bar with a separate drink bar to the right. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your group during your stay. The laundry room is located off of the kitchen to the right.
The master bedroom is located to the right of the living room. It has a King Size bed, television, desk if you have to check in at the office while you're away. It has an ensuite bath with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a walk in shower. Everything is newly built with quality materials and furnishings.
The 1st. guest bedroom is to the left of the living room. It has 2 queen beds, plenty of closet space, and a television.
The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is located between the guest rooms with access from the hall.
The bunk room has 2 twin size beds and 2 full size built in beds with lights and plugs at each. It also has a television and plenty of storage.
This house works great perfectly for 4 to 6 adults and 2 to 4 children. We prefer no all adult groups of 8 please.
Large deck upstairs is great for hanging out, listening to the waves and watching the ocean. Deck has sun and shade with tons of seating. Large entertaining area downstairs welcomes family and friends to hang out, cook on gas grill, and dine up or down with eating areas on both decks. Also fun bar, horse shoes & Bimini.
Downstairs shower is convenient for a quick rinse when returning from beach. Some beach toys and chairs are provided. If you care to go fishing - use the fish cleaning station behind shower to prep your catch! Photos tell the story of this home more than words. Enjoy!!

This house was amazing! It has just about everything you'd ever need and then some. Families will love items for babies and children, as well as items for adults (cocktail area, coffee items etc). Our host was wonderful, and quickly attended to any issue we had. We hope to come back again!

Stunning Retreat

The home was absolutely stunning with beautiful furnishings and appliances, gorgeous and unique coastal decorations, beautiful outdoor furniture, huge deck and beautiful sunsets. We rent regularly in West Beach in Galveston, but this home was one of the most impressive homes we have stayed in with all the beautiful decor. We hope to stay again soon and highly recommend this special home to anyone looking for a lovely retreat in Crystal Beach. To the owners -- thank you for sharing your special place!

We stayed at Sip ‘N Sea for a total of 4 nights and our stay was wonderful. The host (Carin) communicated well before our stay so we knew what to expect. The beach was a 5min walk and we enjoyed it every day during our stay. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for the 6 in my family that came along. Everything was fantastic and I look forward to coming back to Crystal Beach in the future. I hope this property is available when we head back! :)

Wonderful!

Absolutely Perfect!

We could tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail. The patios have seating for everyone, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all of the necessities. We enjoyed being in a quieter neighborhood making it perfect for a relaxing family beach vacation.

Cordovas' Stay

This is such a beautiful property with an amazing layout of the house. We stayed 6 nights and loved every minute of it. The owner was helpful and kind, and she checked in on us throughout our stay. The neighborhood is perfect for all ages; it is quiet but still gave our older son plenty to do while we were able to relax. I highly recommend this property, and we can't wait to go back!!!

Why they chose this property

We chose Sea Breeze because the lot size was one of the larger we found. We prefer this end of the beach for a bit more of a quiet, family friendly feel. When you have a beach house, you can always use more room, but we were happy to start our first build with this 3 bedroom split floorplan. Entertaining outside is always a priority so we built a larger deck and added downstairs entertaining areas. We lovingly and painstakingly created a home away from home and hope our visitors enjoy and care for it as their own!

What makes this property unique

We are very near the beach with a short walk to cart path. Our neighborhood is small and neighbors watch out for each other. It's a quieter neighborhood with not a lot of activity. Family oriented and low key. We prefer that feel over the party scene!
