A gem of a patio home in West Sedona’s highly sought after, upscale Nepenthe Community that includes hot tub and pool! This newly refurbished, tastefully furnished, 3BR/2BA pied-a-terre boasts a lovely back yard with views of famous Coffee Pot Rock and a charming red rock creek that flows behind property affords extra privacy.
Located only three blocks from 89A (the main thoroughfare) it is easy walking distance to some of Sedona’s best restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

Beds are fitted with impermeable protection for mattresses and pillows. And pillows and duvets are hypoallergenic Down Alternative. Triple sheeted beds means all bedding you touch is commercially laundered after every guest.


Includes Community pool and spa. Pool heated early spring until late fall.

Other things to note
Property can sleep up to eight (6) guests but be aware that living space is approximately 1200 square feet. Your party needs to be a very friendly crowd! However beds are all the same high quality and very comfortable.

The house and hot tub were very comfortable, good location too. The owners shared a lot of information before we arrived which was great. It took several emails while we were there for them to respond back. The house has a lot of rules which did not make it feel welcoming.

We loved our stay here! The hot tub came heated up and ready when we arrived. There was ample amount of towels and supplies for us to use. The fireplace was a beautiful and handy addition since it was cold af when we stayed. We’re so grateful the place was super clean and we appreciated the garage for parking! 100% would recommend and would go back! Thank you!!

Property was rented to another person on arrival

I traveled to Sedona with my wife, 2 year old daughter and mother. When we arrived at the property after driving up from Phoenix, someone else was staying there. Could have been a major safety issue in entering the property, but fortunately they were not present at the time. The property manager refunded my money and apologized, which doesn't seem sufficient. VRBO did nothing to compensate me and the Booking Guarantee apparently means nothing. Frequent traveler and do not recommend the use of VRBO to anyone.

Wonderful Experience

We just returned from a 4 night stay in Sedona at this wonderful rental. It is very clean, spacious, comfortable, stylish decor. The master bed was very comfortable, we slept great, and how nice was it to have a private jacuzzi on the patio. We would absoutely stay here again.
