It is a fabulous location in the centre of Morzine, only 200m to shops and restaurants, in a quiet residential area. Only 5 minutes walk to Pleney or Super-Morzine lifts.

The apartment is very comfortable and composed of:

- a bedroom with single pull-out bed, bathroom, WC
