The Space:

Welcome to Sea La Vie – Your Florida Keys Retreat!

Fishing, boating, and easy island living come together at Sea La Vie. This centrally located 2-bedroom, 1-bath half-duplex sits on a deep-water canal with 30 ft. of dockage and quick access to Boot Key Harbor, making it an ideal home base for days on the water. You’ll be minutes from beaches, grocery stores, the golf course and Marathon’s best restaurants and shops.

Enjoy a private, fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing, yard games, or your pups. Inside, the home is comfortable and well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living area with smart TV, and dining space for four. Step out to the screened lanai to enjoy canal views, shaded seating and outdoor dining with the grill plus laundry room access.

Anglers will appreciate the fish cleaning table and bait freezer, along with private parking and space to store a boat trailer.

A king bedroom with a spacious closet and TV

A guest bedroom with two twin beds and its own TV.

A refreshed bathroom with modern fixtures and a tub/shower combo suitable for all ages.

You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee if you plan to bring a pet.

Great location on a nice canal

Nice clean house with fenced in backyard for the dogs. Close to Publix and some nice restaurants. Boat ramp is just down the street.

Great place with a nice boat slip

Took you daughters for a getaway and had a fantastic time. The front yard had room for the truck and trailer and the boat slip in back was very useful. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

good home for a week or 2 stay. Home was very clean - has access for boat and has all amenities you'd need. Very attentive managers -we had an issue with the dishwasher and they were there to quickly remediate it. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is clean, and cozy. It is next to a docking place for boats. We saw manatees one morning in the water next to the house. The property manager is great and is fast answering emails/concerns. We highly recommend this house.

Marathon Tiny House

The property is clean and well maintained. The patio facing the dock is nicely furnished and screened in. The house is in the heart of Marathon which makes shopping and other activities easily accessible. The boat dock offered plenty of room for our 24 foot boat. It’s a really quaint little place.

Nice house

House was nice, had everything we needed. Loved the canal… neighbors were very nice and loved to share local information. This house is on the landing path for the airport and you can hear them all hours of the day and night…. But over all it’s a very nice house! Could use lights outside in the backyard.

Perfect Marathon experience!

Great place for a small family

The property was clean and perfect for our small family (2 adults and a 6 & 8 year old). I loved that the guest bedroom had 2 separate twin beds so the kids didn’t have to share a bed. Location - quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to anything you need. Parking - just fine for our 16ft boat’s trailer & our full size truck. Canal - the idle zone is VERY long to go anywhere by boat. Dockage - (our only challenge we ran into) when the tide is low, the metal docking pillars do not reach low tide water level. We had to run to Home Depot and get 1x2s to strap to the pillars & down into the water so our 16ft Key Largo boat wouldn’t drift underneath and get stuck under water when the tide would rise. Easy fix. Would stay here again for the price.

This place was just right for our trip to the keys. Nice, neat, clean what else do you need? Recently RE-done with great colors and the canal is great if you have a boat to dock. If you are reading this just say yes!!!

Nice fishing get away house

Accommodations were very nice. Being the covid season I stopped down the house when we arrived. I was surprised to find the porch furniture wasn't clean & some of the drawers in the kitchen had sticky finger prints on them. Not sure the house was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. It was a nice location. Everything was upgraded & we didn't have to deal with a homeowner bothering is during the stay.

Nice place with a great dock.

Me and my family really enjoyed the place. It was great to have a spot to dock my boat right in the back on a private dock and a place in the driveway to park my trailer. Kitchen was well Setup with everything you could need. Beds were super comfortable and living area was great for relaxing. Back patio was a great place for morning coffe and evening cocktails. Thanks again.
