This centrally located half-duplex is just minutes from the beach, grocery stores, the golf course and Marathon’s best restaurants and shops. You’ll also love the convenient access to Boot Key Harbor from its 30ft. dock, where you’ll find nearby fuel docks, waterfront dining and all the essentials for your boating adventures. Located on a deep water canal, Sea La Vie is perfect for boaters — with easy access to open water!
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a private parking area and your own entrance into this thoughtfully appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bath home.
Inside you'll find:
A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances – perfect for cooking your catch of the day.
A dining area that comfortably seats 4, great for entertaining.
A cozy living space with brand-new couches and a smart TV for relaxing evenings.
A screened-in lanai with canal views, outdoor seating, shaded lounging, a grill, and laundry room access.
Sleeping arrangements include:
A king bedroom with a spacious closet and TV – ideal for winding down after a day in the sun.
A coastal-themed guest bedroom with two twin beds and its own TV.
A refreshed bathroom with modern fixtures and a tub/shower combo suitable for all ages.
Step outside to enjoy your private and fenced backyard — perfect for your pups or for soaking up the sun & yard games.
Whether you’re planning a fishing trip or just want to unwind in paradise, Sea La Vie is the perfect home base.
Please note a security camera is in place at the front door for your safety.
Also, if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.
