Outside on the deck, you'll find a six person patio dining table as well as movable seating for deck views with comfortable Adirondack chairs.

Inside, you'll find a beautiful and relaxing setting where you can retreat after a day on the water. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day cooked in a beautiful gourmet kitchen, with a beautiful granite bar/eating area. Then relax and watch a movie or your favorite show on one of your three flat screen TV's located in each room. Every room is cozy and comfortable with brand new furniture and tasteful seaside accents. The house was great with a great kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking.Very nice rooms and great area.The only complaint we had was the kayak had a leak and we didn't stay dry.

Pictures of this unit did not do it justice, much nicer in person. Had everything we needed! Very clean and neat. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Great place to stay. I do want to add this is a duplex and this unit does not front the water, but did have the dock area to enjoy the waterfront.

Couldn’t ask for more! We were very comfortable, kitchen was staffed with anything one might need. Near beaches. Close-walking distance to several nice restaurants and short drive to other restaurants. We had a great time!!!

Marathon’s most comfortable residence

The property was beautiful and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Beach stuff, kayaks, and bicycles were in good condition. We had a wonderful time there.

Nice place with everything you need, very clean, nice dock, very practical when you rent a boat.The only thing is that we thougt we would be on the canal side but we were not, for the rest, we will rent again if we go back in Marathon.

One of the best!

It was very clean, had just the right amount of space for 2-4 adults, and had every kitchen gadget you could ever need plus spices. The house is centrally located next to a canal. Easy to get to bike paths. If you put a kayak in at the properties ramp be very careful as the concrete is very slick at the bottom. Alfredo made it very easy for us to enjoy our stay.

Everything you need!

We had a great vacation with our kids (8 &10 years old) exploring nearby reefs and fishing. The house with a dock for the boat is a must for convenience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and overall the house is beautiful, clean, and welcoming!

Excellent property

Everything about this property was excellent. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and furniture. Kayaking was great. We fished from the dock and caught a lot of fish. Lots of fun. We saw manatees almost every day. All around a great trip. Would definitely recommend.
