Close proximity to Sumpter Landing offering shopping, restaurants and live entertainment every evening from 5-9 pm. Large screened in lanai in back of house with wildlife and golf course views, great for morning coffee. Short walk to adult community pool and games.

The host was very nice. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart was so fun to ride the paths. The course view was beautiful. Lots of things to do but not vacation things really just everyday activities which was what we wanted. In July, I think the pools are too warm. This property was great to rent.

The home was truly just that! A home away from home. The home was very clean, great lighting, and kitchen equipped with all the necessities. Close to grocery store and entertainment too. Quiet comfort

Highly recommend this location. Clean, great location, all the extras you need to relax immediately. Shops close by, restaurants, pool across the street. View from back porch is terrific.

We just finished a lovely stay at this VRBO (Aug 3-10/26). The home was very spacious and well appointed. The host was excellent and easy to deal with. We had no reason to contact the host during our stay as it was seamless. The home was bigger than the photos depicted. The neighbourhood was very safe and quiet. The unit was impeccably maintained and very clean. Appliances were new and functional (washer, dryer, fridge, freezer/ice maker, two coffee makers, air fryer, dishwasher). Counters were granite. Living room had a very large TV with xfinity, many lamps, side tables, a remote operated lounge chair, and a comfy sectional sofa. The three bedrooms were well sized and had substantial furniture (no ikea here!). The master bedroom went on forever. There was also a large TV. It was a very large space with two bureaus with all drawers available, a walk in closet empty for use, and a long hallway leading to a two-sink spacious counter, and a separate toilet/shower room. Shower was spacious with excellent water pressure. Air conditioner worked perfectly and we were kept nicely chilled in Floridian summer heat.We were close to many amenities like a Publix grocery, CVS, Hobby Lobby, Costco, gas stations, restaurants (BoneFish Grill, Olive Garden) all within a 2min drive. There was a golf cart available but we did not use it. We would definitely stay here again! Price was fair (but it was also not snowbird season). Many thanks indeed for a wonderful stay!!

Great house, great location

The house was exactly as described and we couldn't have been happier. Ray made the rental process very easy and included lots of helpful information. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed.
