New luxury villa (July 2018) with heated pool (June to September), quiet, at the end of a dead end overlooking the fields.

Located in TOSSE, 6 km from the beaches, near HOSSEGOR, SEIGNOSSE, CAPBRETON. Dynamic village with all amenities (leclerc express, 2 bakeries, butcher, fishmonger, pizzeria, 2 restaurants, bar-tabac, doctor, dentist, kines, pharmacy ...)

OUTSIDE: south facing private garden with large wooden terrace, deckchairs, trampoline, barbecue ...

INTERIOR:
On the ground floor: Entrance serving a storeroom with washing machine, a separate toilet and a living room with large living room, dining area and kitchen, all facing south and overlooking the covered terrace and pool. Also on this level a south facing master suite with bed 140, private bathroom and terrace "nap corner".
On the floor: 2nd room with bed 140, cupboard and 3rd room with bed 140, cupboard + corner children with 2 bunk beds for children or teens up to 16 years. Also 2nd bathroom and 2nd toilet.

The air conditioning is installed in all rooms.
