Adorable beach home on a double lot with large pool and heated spa able to host large families or multiple generation families for a beach vacation. Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On full kitchen is located on first and an additional full kitchen on the second floors. Large front porch for relaxing and backyard has an oversized pool (16 x 38) with attached heated spa (9 x 7). Pool has a tanning ledge in pool entrance area. Located only a few blocks to the beach, and Mike Chapel Park, which has swings, skateboarding park, tennis, pickle ball, baseball field, soccer fields and the newly created Carolina Beach Greenway path.
This adorable beach home offers close proximity to the lake and historic charm of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There are many restaurants and shops conveniently located.
*Home includes one queen, two doubles, one bunkbed with twins and one bunk bed with full bottom and twin top. Two inflatable mattress available.

A fun week for the whole family

We had a fantastic week with our family! The pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect—a great way to relax after exploring the area. The house was spotless and even more spacious than we expected, with plenty of room for everyone. The location was ideal: we walked to the beach and made a short drive into downtown Wilmington for shopping and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We’d definitely stay here again—it was everything we hoped for and more.

Great Beach House for our Family with Kids

We really enjoyed staying at the Family Beach House. It had everything we needed and accommodated us perfectly. The pool was a great place for the kids and the adults to hang out. It was great having two kitchens and 2 separate living spaces as well. Would definitely recommend and would book here again.

The Family Beach House

We had a great time at the Sumter Beach House. We had adults, teens and children and everyone had an awesome week. The pool was a tremendous plus, and the place was spacious enough for four family units. The hosts were easily accessible but not invasive. We all agreed we could come back again

Everything is exactly as described, my employees loved the pool, golf cart and bikes. We spend a lot of time there. One employee loved the cool bike trail behind the house. Great little coffee shop down the road too.
