Bed was comfy. Air in master bedroom wasn't quite as cold as the rest of the rooms but that was really the only complaint. Pool was awesome and was the highlight of the place.

This was our 4th year here., it’s like coming home. We love having a private pool & spa in an enclosed yard. The house is perfect for spreading out and hosts are very responsive and welcoming. The neighborhood is perfect for bike rides with a playground & walking trails close by for the kids.

This is our 3rd summer staying here and we look forward to more. It’s the perfect home to relaxin with the pool being the star of the property. Conveniently located to shops, park and beach. We missed the golf cart but we’re close enough to rent one easily. Definitely a home away from home.

Great Beach House for our Family with Kids

We really enjoyed staying at the Family Beach House. It had everything we needed and accommodated us perfectly. The pool was a great place for the kids and the adults to hang out. It was great having two kitchens and 2 separate living spaces as well. Would definitely recommend and would book here again.

Great place for extended family beach trip

Plenty of room for everyone. Golf cart was very convenient for zipping to the beach, pizza place, and ice cream. Pool was a great plus for hanging out while grilling dinner in the fenced in back yard.

A fun week for the whole family

We had a fantastic week with our family! The pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect—a great way to relax after exploring the area. The house was spotless and even more spacious than we expected, with plenty of room for everyone. The location was ideal: we walked to the beach and made a short drive into downtown Wilmington for shopping and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We’d definitely stay here again—it was everything we hoped for and more.

Great Location & Yard with Pool!

We loved the yard with the pool, the golf cart, and the perfect location between the beach and the park. The property is a bit tired, unkempt, and cluttered.
