With two living rooms, a private hot tub, a ping pong table, office space, and top-of-the-line appliances throughout, this home is ideal for families, friends, and groups seeking both adventure and relaxation.
Proximity: Located in the prestigious Shock Hill community, this home is just a 2-minute walk to the private Shock Hill Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Main Street is just a 1-mile walk, putting shops, dining, and entertainment within easy reach.
Living Room: Step inside to vaulted ceilings and a spacious main living room filled with natural light. Gather around the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace for cozy evenings after skiing or hiking. Plush seating includes two leather sofas and a lounge chair, with large windows offering serene forest views and potential wildlife sightings.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
