The Alpine Villa lodge is a luxury retreat in Breckenridge, Colorado. It is ideally suited for small groups wanting a place to get away and enjoy the seclusion, relaxation and outdoor activities offered around Breckenridge, Colorado. The accommodations include many resort type amenities to facilitate on-site recreation, health, fitness, entertaining and leisure. It is an ideal alternative to typical urban hotels . On site weddings and special events are NOT permitted. Sleeps a maximum of 26 guests at all times, and parking for a maximum of 12 cars at all times.

The Alpine Villa is located in Breckenridge, Colorado near the 27 hole championship Jack Nicklaus golf course. In the heart of Summit County - 'Colorado's Playground', it is minutes from Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain ski areas. It is adjacent to the national forest with a vast trail system for summer and winter recreation. Hiking, mountain biking, and fishing are all summer activities available directly from the Alpine Villa. Snow shoeing, cross county skiing, tubing and snowmobiling are all winter activities available directly from the Alpine Villa lodging facility.

The Alpine Villa features a stunning Tuscan design that includes natural stone, distressed wood beams, Italian tile, granite, vaulted ceilings and arched openings throughout. It has a fully audio/video enabled private conference room for 26 (optional extra), high-speed Internet access, dining hall, great room, fitness health center, racquetball court gymnasium, billiards room, elevator, Roman bath hot tub, steam room, home theatre, 35’ tall natural rock climbing wall and many other exclusive amenities. Commercial smoker an optional extra. For overnight lodging accommodations, it includes seven bedroom suites, 2 Bunk Rooms, and 2 Loft areas (Nook & Cranny loft an optional extra) for a maximum of 26 guests at all times. Outside parking is available for a maximum of 12 cars at all times.

Our stay was awesome and Donna was easy to work with. Our only hiccup was with the WiFi connectivity and sound system. But Donna was very proactive and responsive with trying to correct.

Donna was very helpful and welcoming. We loved the house. It was perfect for our family. We had ages 2-79 and everyone had something to do and enjoy. I would love to go back again. So many things made it special. There was a racquetball court, a giant hot tub(Roman bath), steam room, wall climbing wall, billiards room, a beautiful kitchen. and each room had its own bath. If you need to wash there are 2 laundries. I’m sure I’ve forgotten something but if you go they you’ll see how great it is!

Amazing place! Such a great location for our family to get together. The amenities were great for the whole family. The villa was big enough for everyone to have their own space, but homey enough for folks to come together for a nice dinner. The host was very friendly and responsive. 10/10 do recommend!

Great for big groups

Alpine Villa was a great spot for our group of 14 friends to spend a long weekend. Our host Donna was extremely responsive and made sure that we felt welcome. The property had plenty of space and indoor amenities to keep us entertained when the weather wasn't cooperating, but really shined when we could take advantage of the outdoor activities.

A very spacious, well stocked beautiful home that easily accommodated our large family. Plenty of amenities to entertain both young and old while not on the slopes! Birthday Celebration

We had a family reunion to celebrate a big birthday. There were 23 of us including 11 grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to almost 21. The Alpine Villa offered numerous activities for all ages. We had lots of space even more than we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Playing pool and climbing the climbing wall were big hits. We all hiked out the back door and had s'mores by the campfire. We loved our stay and so will you.

Great place to rejuvenate!

We had a women's retreat here, with 18 women for four days and three nights. The property is breath taking, and accommodated our group perfectly. We lacked no amenities, from toiletries to activities, you never need to leave. Communication with the host, and their concierges, was easy with quick response time. We had a large group of adults in early 30's to late 40's stay here for 4 nights. The location is amazing for active and restful moments, and the house had plenty to keep our group entertained for those rainy afternoons or quiet coffee mornings. We were not in need of anything while at the house and look forward to our next trip to the Alpine Villa Retreat, maybe even with our kids next time.
