Luxury decorated in Southwestern style 2 bedroom condo in Villa Esperanza. King luxury master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, and sofa bed in living room. Gated community minutes from historic Old Mesilla. Exercise room and swimming pool. We take care of our guests like they are family, with great warmth and friendship. We will welcome you with a gift of bischochos treats. Enjoy our southwest cozy abode elegantly decorated in modern southwest style and most comfortable beds and bedding.

We offer a minimum of two nights stay, while most condos in Mesilla require a 3 night stay. We allow pets (dogs under 50lbs) with a pet deposit.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this home. The decor was both very nice and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed. We had some fun in the pool even though the weather was a bit cool for that. The location was convenient just off the interstate so it didn't take long to get wherever.

Wonderful, Spanish Colonial 2 BR, 2 BA, condo. Strong WiFi, really nice kitchen, fine decor. We’d gone to Las Cruces to visit our son and hope this condo will be available for future visits.

Beautiful Mesilla

Our first time in Las Cruces area, and we love Mesilla! The property is very nice, convenient to the old Plaza. Great for taking long walks. Beds are comfy, living room furniture comfy with great tv & sound. I have one suggestion for the owner: since there is no dedicated work space, it would be nice to have a-big wood table with the existing dining room chairs, which are heavy. The round glass top table doesn’t give much room for work space, or crafting space, or puzzles, other than that itsperfect. etc.

Very clean condo. Swimming pool just steps away. Complex is very quiet, hardly saw anyone coming or going. Convenient location. Condo was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Much more than we expected!

Ana texted us the gate entry code before we arrived, so check in went smoothly. And she inquired that we arrived safely that evening. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. It’s design is efficient and aesthetic. There are many beautiful items to appreciate. The gym was a huge extra bonus that we used almost daily. The Organ Mountain hiking and White Sands National Park were wonderful to experience. The neighbors and visitors were so friendly and welcoming. We felt protected and safe in this gated community. And an added bonus was Ana’s personal visit as she saw us just sitting out on our patio.

Is so comfortable it Makes Us feel like we are “ Home “

EVERYTHING about this condo is Wonderful, starting with corespondents with Ana & Abel our wonderful host, They are so very kind & so very Quick to corespondent & answer any questions you may have, The location of this condo is perfect !! It is near some wonderful choices for dining from Old Mesilla for Mexican food or the winery for great choices for food and wines to choose from. This Condo has everything and more that you will need for a fun , relaxing enjoyable holiday. We have stayed here two separate times and truly feel so comfortable & welcomed just like home. We so enjoyed the pool it was Great, we spent most of our time swimming, . We WILL Definitely be back to stay here again Thank you to our host “ Ana for making our stay here so perfect!!

Awesome Condo !!

I don’t know where to start EVERYTHING about this condo was so perfect !! Starting from the area it’s located in , Really great food all around you!! The Condo itself was Amazing !! We fell in love with it, very roomy & spacious, we felt right at home. We enjoyed the 2 patios we had , one in front & one located out back, there was everything we needed to and more in the condo, We just were so relaxed the whole time. The pool was wonderful the grandbabies loved it, the grounds area was so well kept up it was Beautiful, Our host was so Wonderful she was very very nice , & so very quick to respond , we can’t thank our host enough for making our weekend with our grandbabies the. “ BEST” we look so forward to visiting again very soon!!!

Exceptional VRBO Residence

Besides being very close to the shops and restaurants in historic Mesilla, this condo unit exceeded our expectations in size, decor, and cleanliness. The Property Manager (Ana) was very kind in answering questions before our arrival and during the stay - she was without question, the most accommodating and helpful owner/manager we have ever had in the many years of using VRBO !!
