Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with a 90 cm bed and possibility of an additional child's bed), a bathroom with toilet.
The rooms on the ground floor lead directly onto a large garden with the possibility of parking, separated from the rest of the property by a large hedge.
The village of Commarin includes a bakery and a café and, in the surrounding area, all the shops are available in Sombernon (7km) and Pouilly en Auxois (10km).
