Sand Blast has plenty of space. This 3000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 5 bath home with a bonus room, is located directly on the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach. Come enjoy stunning views of the Gulf and picture perfect sunsets. The home has travertine floors throughout, new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and full amenities in the kitchen.

The open floor plan extends from the kitchen into a grand room. The grand room has a table that easily seats 10 for dining. The sitting area has comfortable furnishings for either enjoying the breathtaking views or watching some TV.

The bedrooms are decorated with colors inspired by beach living that are not only inviting but relaxing as well. The master bedroom has a king bed with bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a twin with bathroom. 3rd bedroom has a king bed with bathroom. 4th bedroom has 3 sets of bunk beds; 2 with twin/twin, the other twin/double with the bathroom across the hall. bonus room has a bunk bed; twin/double with bathroom.

Wonderful open space beach house. Lots of comfortable furniture for our big family. The kids loved the bunk bed room. Pups loved the side area that is decking and fenced,,, nice private sitting area. We loved the location and house is right on the sand. We never get tired of the beautiful water in gulf and the bright white sand. Just an amazing vacation! Thank you for hosting us!

The house was very accommodating .. I would say perfect. The place was very clean, and each bedroom had its on private bathroom.. There were two refrigerators and a built in the counter ice machine . It was a very large place with extra outdoor private areas. The laundry room and appliances were all in good working order. The air conditioners work great, we kept having to turn them up because they worked so well! The view was gorgeous , with the seashore just steps away. Ten out of ten for sure!! Hope to stay there next year!

Great getaway in the Gulf

Our stay at Ben’s Beach House - Sandblast was a nice week getaway. While the home is older, it fit our family very well. Being only a few steps from the beach was awesome. Conveniently located between PCB and Rosemary Beach with many good foods options and other things to do.

Stunning views of the golf!!!

Over all the property was in the best location!!! The golf is literally right outside your back door! The fire pit was awesome due to the cooler nights we had, we got to really enjoy that. Needs some updating! However plenty of room for a big family or girls trip!!!

Annual Beach Trip

Our group usually gets condos in Destin/Ft. Walton, but we really enjoyed this area, all being in one house, and being able to walk right out on the beach. It had plenty of parking, was close to restaurants and stores, 2 refrigerators, an ice machine, a fire pit, and lots of rooms and bathrooms for our group. It is an older home, but it has so many benefits. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed

The pictures were so much nicer than what we actually walked into. Holes in the walls, rotting window frames, tv in bedroom that could not be plugged in, and the fire pit was trashy. The air vents in the ceiling had black stuff around them. The bonus room should have just been called a large closet. The bathroom attached to that room didn’t even have a door. There were enough beds and it was all on one level, but that is the only positive thing I can say.

Spring Break Crash Pad

The pictures in this listing must be 10-20 years old. The location is incredible, right on the beach. However, this is a Spring Break crash pad that has seen a few too many Spring Breaks. It has lots of beds and 5 bathrooms, but It is in serious need of a renovation. I'm not sure, but maybe it's been through a named storm or something. There were new appliances and some things had been replaced.. The big clue was that the furniture was different from the pictures and the outside was much shabbier than the pics and in general dis-repair. Some of it, I would attribute to the fact that it is a beach house and the ocean is a harsh environment, but not that much. If you're wanting lots of beds and bathrooms and don't mind the rough conditions, this one will work. If your thing is beachside luxury and amenities, pass on this one.

Recliner was suppose to be in this spot, as was in photos
Falling apart loveseat,, one side does not work
Don’t mind the vintage tile,, but if you are going to change out toilets ,,, change the seat as well. Crazy to put a round seat on an oblong toilet. Shower curtains falling down and no drain in main bathroom sink

Not what was advertised

The beach was beautiful, access to the beach perfect; however, the house was not what was advertised. Outdated pictures! We were without AC for 3 days, the shower water temperatures were HOT or COLD no in-between, last but not least the back bedroom and bathroom flooded during a rain and soaked all the suitcase (full of clothes) on the floor. We will be visiting Panama again but not this property!

Nice Property, good location, but the owners provided poor service.

The house is great, sleeps a lot of people, numerous fridges, instant walk to the beach. The owner communicated well. However, they gave us the wrong door code, they gave us the wrong WiFi info, you can’t check in until 4:00, you’re forced to check out at 9:00am (way too early), and to top it all off; we got charged a $375 fee for ‘the mess and destruction’. This was absolute nonsense, considering there was zero destruction(literally nothing was broken) and we cleaned up before we left. The property is nice, but the owner is very questionable.
