With in minutes of Florida’s most beautiful beaches such as Siesta Key, Lido Beach and Anna Maria Island. Close to shopping and dining. This condo has resort like atmosphere and heated pool, tennis courts, fitness center and many more amenities.

Monthly/seasonal rentals preferred.

Exceptional

Five stares are not enough to rate this condo. 10 stars would be the correct rating. This is very nice and quiet place to stay. Condo is beautifully furnished and residents were very friendly. Also, the condo is well equipped with kitchen supplies linens and beach supplies with completely new beach chairs! Short distance to Siesta beach, and Lido beach, restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful surrounding. Luxury style condo for sure. The communication with Brian was excellent. We will be back !

Excellent location and well equipped.

This home is in a really good location, 30 mins to Bradenton Beach, 20 mins to Sarasota beaches (construction on the waterfront). 15 minutes to Mall. The home is also really well equipped. Our only observation, and we were just unlucky with timing, was that there was construction in the area behind and re-roofing and painting of the homes themselves was taking place, often starting before 7am and finishing after sunset which meant we couldn’t use the outside area much. Minor issue and everything else good.

Nice stay in a great location

I had a nice 30 day stay at Brian’s condo. The condo looked newly renovated and is in very nice shape. Public, Panera, CVS and pretty much everything you need is with in a few drive. Only minor issue was intermittent slow internet, I was working remotely part time, that required occasional reset of router.

Fantastic!

Beautifully designed and truly comfortable. Two large bedrooms with exceptional beds each with private bath. Spotless throughout and lots of extra towels and bedding. Lovely bright setup in living room and open kitchen. Completely equipped. Screened in porch is great for morning coffee and location in the back feels like a private neighborhood. Great pool and clubhouse area. Attentive and gracious hosts.. Nothing more to ask for.. We hope to return

We purchased this unit to assist in the seasonal rental demand. We live in another unit on this property and wouldn’t stay in any other community. The property is beautiful and very well maintained with very friendly community in a relaxed atmosphere.
