Dear Gaetano, thank you for your review of the additional service fee on the HomeAway/VRBO platforms. Please note that this an additional fee on top of our total. The service fee helps cover the cost of running the HomeAway/VRBO websites, including features such as 24/7 customer support and marketing efforts to ensure a quality experience for you as travelers. Nevertheless, we trust you carried many fond memories of your stay and look forward to welcoming you again soon. Sunny regards, Prestige Vacations Aruba

Hi Renee, thank you for your valuable feedback and positive remarks on our beachfront location and the clean and well-appointed condo. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction noise of the neighbors during your stay. We truly understand how disruptive this can be and regret the disturbance to your relaxation as this unforeseen situation arose. We're glad you took the initiative to make check-in easier by filling out the form beforehand and that our representative was promptly at your service for this process, despite some crucial arrival information missing in the form. We appreciate your understanding and hope for an opportunity to provide a more peaceful and enjoyable stay for you in the future. Greetings, Prestige Vacation Aruba

Hi Destini, thank you for choosing our studio condo and sharing your incredible Aruba experience! We're thrilled that your stay was amazing and that you enjoyed the seamless check-in/out process, the local recommendations, and the availability of assistance throughout your stay. It's fantastic to hear that Eagle Beach surpassed your expectations as the most beautiful on the island, offering refreshing waters and a less crowded, shaded environment. We're glad you found the breezy beach comforting during the September heat. We're also delighted that the kitchen essentials and in-room laundry were handy for your convenience. Your feedback about the drying rack is noted, and we'll consider this for future improvements. Our concierge services, which offer first-day grocery shopping, aim to enhance your stay, and we're thrilled this made a positive difference. Exploring the national park and natural pool with a Jeep is a must, especially if you like an amazing, thrill-filled adventure! Thank you for your detailed feedback; it truly means a lot.
