The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and everything you will need to make a home cooked meal. The unit has free wifi, cable, A/C, and parking spaces. The unit is very safe and quiet and close to everything. 4 miles from university of guam and about 10 minutes from the beach, agana shopping center, chamorro village, restaurants, shopping, and more.. Perfect unit for family, singles, just about anyone.

***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking!
I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space.
The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had no control over the volume. The Roku remote did work for finding an app to stream something.
If you are off island, and do not want to incur any international charges, whatsapp is what most people use in Guam. The communication was prompt in VRBO, but it was a lot . You will most likely told to contact an onsite property manager, who is not connected to the VRBO meessage system. This caused a lot of back and forth trying to get everyone on the same page and is how I found out they had more than one property tied to this listing.
This location has a better living room set than the picture. It's now a long l-shaped couch if you and your BFF wanna lay down and watch TV without touching feet!
Outlets were available in the bedrooms and kitchen, none in the living room unless you juggle some things around. I'd stay here again if i need to be in that area.
