very calm and good location near to Siena and in Toskana region. the last 2 kilometers is an unpaved dirt road, but was communiucated very well upfront. I would recommend to friends and others.

Ruhiger Ort zum entspannen.

Wir hatten schöne sechs Tage auf diesem Anwesen. Von hier kam man gut u.a. Siena, Volterra und Florenz besuchen. Bei der Anfahrt muss man zweieinhalb Kilometer Schotterweg zurücklegen. Bzgl. Abends draußen Sitzen sollte man die hohe Zahl an Mücken berücksichtigen und entsprechende Gegenmaßnahmen treffen.

Wunderschöne ruhige Anlage.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Das Haus liegt abgelegen, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Giovanni ist sehr freundlich und schaut gut zu seiner Anlage. Die Wohnung war sehr gross und sauber. Die Küche genügend ausgestattet. Der Pool ist gross und sehr sauber. Super waren die Sonneliegen am Pool die zu jeder Wohnung gehören. Ein grosses Sonnendach schützt vor der heissen Toskanischen Sonne. In der Umgebung ist man relativ schnell in Volterra, San Giminagno, Siena oder auch durch die Hügel am Meer. Wir können Giovanni und seine Ferienwohnungen nur empfehlen. Danke und Gruss aus der Schweiz

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir wurden sehr liebevoll empfangen und das Grundstück mit Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt angelegt.

très belle maison avec un propriétaire superbe!

Heel mooie woning, discrete en hulpvaardige eigenaar. Eigenaar is onopvallend aanwezig, altijd bereid voor een babbel, wat info, maar komt nooit zelf naar je toe. Nette woning, airco in de ruimtes die er nodig hebben. Zwembad open van 's ochtends 8u tot 22u. Elke morgen opnieuw is het zwembad net en prima onderhouden. 5 km gelegen buiten het dorp, waarvan 2,3 km op onverharde weg. (niét te doen met de fiets, ... wij hadden onze fietsen hiervoor speciaal meegenomen wat achteraf gezien jammer was.) Het dorp is supergezellig met een goede slager, warme bakker, supermarkt, delicatessenzaak en leuke cafés en restaurants. Je loopt er tussen de locals en een beetje toeristen. Dit dorp wordt zeker niet overspoeld door toeristen. Keukengerei is basic: 2 wijnglazen, geen goede snijmessen, ... (dit hadden we gelukkig zelf mee.) De eigenaar is duidelijk gesteld op de netheid van zijn eigendom en lijkt bij de eerste ontmoeting nogal streng, maar dit is niet zo. We hadden een supertijd in deze woning, zouden deze woning zeker aanraden!
