Het huis is oké, uitzicht en fijn zwembad maar er zijn een paar dingen die wij graag van tevoren hadden geweten. De weg naar de locatie is echt heel slecht, wij zijn sportief en konden niet vanaf de locatie sporten (fietsen of hardlopen). Voor de auto is het gewoonweg slecht. Dit appartement (Roccaglia) zit als enige aan de achterkant van het huis in de schaduw, je zit dus helemaal alleen en kijkt naar bomen (en niet bij het zwembad). En omdat je tussen de bomen en onder een natuurlijke gemaakte overkapping zit, zijn er veel tijgermuggen. Hierdoor hebben wij niet buiten kunnen zitten. De WiFi is heel slecht en aangezien je geen mobiel bereik hebt kan je niet bellen of iets op het internet doen (zelfs een simpel whatsapp berichtje versturen doet het niet). In de advertentie staat dat je extra moet betalen voor de airco, maar je moet betalen voor alle electriciteit boven 4kwh per dag. Wij hebben de airco af en toe aan gehad, geen hele nachten maar een uurtje voor het slapengaan, en moesten alsnog veel geld bijbetalen voor 2 weken. Niet perse een aanrader met kinderen.

Wenn man Ruhe einen Ort sucht ,wo man sich entspannen kann, dann ist es genau das Richtige.

Giovanni gab sich sehr viel Mühe uns das zu erfüllen. Leider gibt es auch Urlauber die sich vor dem Baden gehen dick mit Sonnenmilch einkleistern. Diese sammelt sich dann am Poolrand als dicke fettige Schicht an. Giovanni gab sich die größte Mühe diese jeden Tag zu entfernen, was nicht einfach ist. Wenn man den etwas staubigen Anfahrtsweg in Kauf nimmt, ist es genau der richtige Ort. Es wurde auch der rustikale toskanische Baustil erhalten ,was der Unterkunft noch eins drauf setzt . Man kann auch sehr viele Ausflüge unternehmen da man relativ central wohnt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder.

Très belle vue

Propriété très retirée, au calme, magnifique vue, installations propres et adéquates. Le propriétaire est charmant et à l écoute de nos besoins. Attention, le chemin d accès sur 2 km est difficile.

Schöner Urlaub im Herzen der Toskana

Wir verbachten als 5-köpfige 5 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft. Die Lage ist phantastisch, auf einem Hügel, etwas abseits gelegen. Jedoch muss man ca. 2 km Feldweg waren, um dorthin zu gelangen, was aber kein Problem ist. Der sehr große Pool war für die Kinder ein absoluter Höhepunkt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr gut geeignet, um sich viele Highlights der Toskana anzuschauen. Es war sehr schön.

Consigliatissimo !

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso in una natura vera. Relax assicurato in una casa comoda e accogliente. Giovanni e Pia sono padroni di casa attenti e deliziosi. Un luogo dove speriamo di ritornare presto.
