New, modern 1 bedroom apartment with space for 4, located within walking distance of downtown Larchmont Village, major studios and restaurants. This unit is on the 1st floor of a home with a separate entrance and completely locked off from the rest of the owners' house. Completely private, including your own back yard! The unit contains a kitchenette, fridge, 2-burner hot plate, convection microwave, sink, and coffee maker. There is a king in the main room and a full Murphy bed in a private separate space in the den area. There is no designated parking space, but there is usually ample street parking.

Larchmont Village is a great place to live — walkable and safe. We frequently walk into the village to enjoy the restaurants. Yet, we are also very close to the center of Hollywood, downtown LA, and the beach.
