Cozy, recently renovated, 2-bedroom, full kitchen ADU in West Los Angeles!
This 2-bedroom ADU is perfect for your escape to Los Angeles. After entering from your own private entrance, guests descend two flights of stairs to find two beautiful bedrooms, plus a cozy living room with a pull-out bed for extra guests. The bathroom features a full shower/tub, hair dryer, and amenities, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. With heating and AC, the space stays comfortable no matter the season. This wonderful space offers a relaxed, private vibe where guests can unwind and feel right at home. The only shared space is the backyard, which we generally only use to let out Groucho, our German Shepherd/Airedale Terrier mix. He is VERY friendly, and does not bite, and LOVES other dogs and humans alike. Experience the magic of Los Angeles at our gorgeous property.
