A half mile walk east brings you to the Arkansas River with hiking/biking on either side. Enjoy the 'Lawn' amphitheater & the Surf Park at South Main, and the vast events/gatherings it holds throughout the year.

Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: a luxurious King Room, a cozy Queen Room, and a spacious Bunk House with four full beds. The Queen and Bunk House share a full bathroom equipped with a large tub, while the Master Suite enjoys the privacy of its own ensuite bath. Every room is designed for comfort, featuring ceiling or floor fans (sometimes both) to ensure optimal airflow and calming white noise. Soundproof insulation has been added between rooms to guarantee a peaceful, restful night for all guests.
Ample parking is available for all visitors, with street parking out front, or space for larger vehicles, like RVs, in the deep back driveway (40’) off the ally.
