This is a very special sparkling clean single level cottage with no stairs, parking right out front and all you need for an amazing stay in downtown Flagstaff.

There is a nice size bedroom and a comfy pillow-top queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a full bath. The living area features a sofa and roku tv and another walk-in closet. Your full kitchen includes coffee and tea for your enjoyment.

Please note that this property is limited to 2 guests - this includes children. With advance notice at the time of booking, I may allow visitors. There may be an additional cleaning fee depending on circumstances. If there are more than 2 guests staying in the property or there are additional visitors without prior approval, you agree to forfeit your entire security deposit.

This is a very great neighborhood and close to everything. There are parks, the library, restaurants, shopping, NAU, the train station, and the urban trail system nearby.

- There is one designated parking space and additional parking on the street. Please note there is a City of Flagstaff winter parking ordinance and no street parking is allowed midnight to 7AM from November 1st through April 1st.
- No parties or loud gatherings.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please respect other guests in the building.
