NEW FLAT IN A QUIET AREA WITH PROVAT PARKING LOT AND GARDEN

The property is newly built ( year 2014) and furnished in a modern and welcoming style. It is on the ground floor, with living room and kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. The house is approximately 65 sq m. It has a privat garden, furnished with table and chairs for 4 people, where you can have lunch or relax. There is a climb to get to the level of the house. The house is located in a green area. The road is closed to traffic (access reserved only for our home) and in front of a sports area with a basketball court.
4 people can stay thanks to the spacious bedroom and the sofa bed (located in the living room). There is only one bedroom. In the house you will find air conditioning, wi-fi connection, smart TV, oven, dishwasher and equipment to enjoy the garden (2 garden chairs, 4 garden chairs and table, umbrella). The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking.

There is a private parking space available for the guests, adjacent to the house.

It is possible to go around by public transport leading to the center of La Spezia, Portovenere or the central station of Spezia. A few minutes walk away there is a bank, a bar, a pharmacy, a post office, a grocery store, a takeaway pizzeria and some excellent restaurants.

A good place to stay near cinque terre

The property is in very good condition, easy to access and the exchange with the owner very smooth. You need a car to get to the flat as is not in the city centre. We enjoyed the stay and had a fab time visiting around la Spezia.

Cinque Terra getaway

This flat was adorable, very clean and comfortable. It was a bit confusing to find at first, but we enjoyed our overnight stay. Eliza was great with communication, making sure we made it to check in. It is a few miles from the center, not really walkable, so we took a short taxi ride to the train station. Would recommend this flat, and it does have parking handy if you have a vehicle.

Weekend in La Spezia

Me and my friends are studying in Florence right, and wanted a place to stay near Portovenere. The apartment was probably the cleanest that I have have ever booked, and the owner was so nice. The bus sutuation to the beach was a little confusing but we figured it out. Overall would recommend!

New and modern apartement

Tiny little apartement, which was likely new renovated. Even if "Ikea-Style" the appearance was modern and elegant. Host was fast and precise in communication. Everything was like described, but some circumstances you have to be aware: we had great summer days - no AC, means the 2 fans are definitely needed. Due too mosquitos we couldn't let the doors open and sitting on the terrace was difficult either. The easy parking option was great but the neighbourhood was a little "aged". Conclusion for us: great starting point for 5Terre, AC in summer was highly missed but finally absolutely recommendable for a few days.

The host was super quick to respond, which was very helpful. And the flat was clean. However the view is awful, battle ships and sad barracks, the outside/ front area feels like a post apocalyptic movie set. Also there is absolutely no basics in the kitchen which makes everything difficult. No oil, no spices, nothing. There is also no can marked for garbage in the kitchen. There’s recycling and compost marked but nothing for garbage. There is an ac in the bedroom but if you have a door closed to the living room there is no air movement some days. That area could really use a fan. It was nice to have dedicated parking but also be aware the house is very hard to find at first. All in all I would say it’s inexpensive and if you like to trek around or drive it’s not so bad. It’s definitely not ideal for a baby (I have a 1 yr old). Also the house smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals when we arrived we had to air it out for a day. Also it says there’s a washing machine but it feels very unwelcoming and mildewed.

Logement parfait pour visiter la région des cinq Terres ! Propre, agréable, tranquille et très bien placé, nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour à La Spezia. Bien qu'il soit un peu à l'écart du centre ville, nous avons pris le bus (arrêt à 500m) puis le train à la gare centrale pour les cinq terres. Nous sommes tout proche aussi de jolis petits villages en direction de Portovenere, nous y avons passé notre dernière soirée. Nous regrettons de ne pas y être allés avant. Il a fait chaud mais la clim dans la chambre est très appréciable. Je recommande chaudement ce logement pour quelques jours où plus. Nous y reviendrons sans problème si nous revenons dans la région !

Excellent logement

Idéalement situé pour visiter la Ligurie, les 5 terres et même un petit bout de Toscane, ce logement est agréable et confortable pour quatre personnes. Situé dans un endroit calme, nous avons apprécié la place de parking à disposition ainsi que l'extérieur et les espaces verts qui ont permis aux enfants de se défouler (dommage que les terrains de basket et de foot ne soient pas entretenus mais ce n’est pas du ressort de l’hôte). L’appartement est parfaitement équipé et correspond en tous points à l’annonce et aux photos, donc pas de mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée. Pratique aussi de pouvoir se rendre à Portovenere directement en bus et d’avoir une épicerie juste au-dessus de l’appartement. Vraiment à louer les yeux fermés, Eliza a été d’une grande disponibilité avant et pendant notre séjour. Il n’est pas exclu que nous y revenions à l’avenir!

Falsche Adresse und Lagebeschreibung

Statt der angegebenen Hausnummer 78 lag das Haus an der Hausnummer 77, was einen Unterschied von 2 Kilometern ausmacht. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es insgesamt 4 Kilometer an einer Straße entlang ohne Bürgersteig. Für uns hieß das jeden Tag mit dem Auto in die Stadt zu fahren und dort lange nach einem Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) zu suchen. Als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern in den Cinqueterre war es somit für uns ungeeignet. Die Vermieterin berief sich auf das Buchungsportal, welches angeblich nur eine ungefähre Ortsangabe wünscht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung erinnert an einen Ikea-Showroom ohne gemütliche Aufenthaltsqualität. Die ungepflegten Duschtüren lassen sich nur mit einem lauten Quitschen öffnen. Die Matratze des Bettes erinnerte an eine Hängematte. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig von Tierpfoten bis zu irgendwelchen Maschinen, die morgens um 5 Uhr angemacht wurden. In vielen Jahren Buchungen über dieses Portal ist uns noch nie eine so bewusst falsche Beschreibung begegnet.

Gateway to Cinque Terre

We had a lovely stay at Elisa’s property, although it was initially quite difficult to find. It does not come up in Google maps and the road is very hard to see. The apartment has everything you need. But be aware that it is a bit out of La Spezia itself. You will need to either drive or catch the bus in if you want to access the train station and travel on to Cinque Terre. We found that the bus didn’t run very late in the evenings. But it is a lovely base.
