We fell in love with this property due to the desirable location, the layout, and the nearby amenities.

What makes this property unique

Hiking trails begin just past the driveway and go for more miles than anyone can muster (connecting to Phil's Trail, a world-class mountain biking area). Northwest Crossing dining and shopping district is an easy stroll away, and downtown is only two miles, as well. The property is on the Mt. Bachelor side of Bend, and is only two miles from the river, making it convenient for exploring all that Bend has to offer.
