On the other, fire up the BBQ grill and gather around the gas firepit table surrounded by plush seating—the perfect for laughter-filled evenings spent chatting and stargazing. There's also a third patio connected to the primary suite.
Inside, the common area welcomes you with floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings, creating an airy, light-filled space for your group to connect and unwind. The living room, with its gas fireplace and entertainment center, invites cozy gatherings.
A spacious dining table, seating eight, sets the stage for family feasts or competitive game nights. And the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas range and large island counter, accommodates multiple chefs and offers additional barstool seating.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

This house was a great place for my family to enjoy the Christmas holidays in Sunriver. The home is very well stocked and when we ran out of soap in one of the showers they were quick to deliver more to us. Good to work with, very customer oriented!

We had a fantastic vacation. Caldera Springs is much newer and more open than Sunriver and the house had everything we needed and more, except no portable garage door remotes. Communication through Vrbo tended to be slow. I often got replies in the middle of the night and then it often said that the person responding needed to check for more information so it took more hours. I think that it might be clarified that Caldera Spings is totally separate from Sunriver and Caldera Springs guests cannot reserve courts, etc in Sunriver. That said, we would certainly return. I think adding bicycles for guest use as is almost always the case in Sunriver would be appreciated. Renting bikes and paying for SHARC added significantly to our costs.

This is probably the best house we've ever stayed in. So emaculately clean. Not a dust bunny or grime in any nook or crevice. Gorgeous decor. Comfortable beds. Top of the line kitchen appliances and utensils. Fully stocked with everything you would need and would find in your own home. I was seriously blown away. The hosts were available by text for any needs or questions with quick responses. They even left some goodies for us on the counter when we first arrived which I thought was so sweet. The views are gorgeous. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We recently stayed at this vacation rental, and overall, the house was clean, modern, and comfortable. However, there are a few things future renters should be aware of.While the house is designed to accommodate 10 people, the living room seating is very limited—there’s only one couch and two chairs, making it difficult for everyone to gather in the same space. The kitchen also has its drawbacks: the pantry and several cabinets were locked for the owner, leaving limited storage space for food. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were quite limited, which made cooking for a large group more challenging. The listing also advertises an espresso machine, but it was not at the property, which was disappointing.It’s also worth noting that there are no entertainment amenities such as bicycles, a ping-pong table, or a pool table. While these weren’t advertised in the listing, it’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for a house with those features.Lastly, the ADU is connected to the house but is not accessible through the main house. It can only be accessed via a separate entrance from the outside, which isn’t clearly explained in the description and could impact how your group uses the space.Overall, this is a nice property, but some of these details could have been better communicated in the listing.
