About this property

The "Purple Pool House" got it's name because it was painted purple by the previous owner. It now has a contemporary style, decorated in shades of gray with faux wood flooring and pops of color in the artwork, pillows, & draperies. The home has it's own private deck & pool and sits on 1.3 acres that it shares w/ 2 other VRBO homes and 3 RV sites. There's a community fire pit, plenty of land to entertain kids or pets, walking distance to the Largo Rec center, parks, East Bay Golf Course, and only 15 mins from Indian Rocks Beach & Sand Key Beach.

Pls crate dogs if left unattended in our home. Pet fee is $75/pet.
