Spacious condo and well equipped kitchen! Beautiful views of the beach/ocean- the sunrise is breathtaking! Definitely recommend 😁

Booked as3 bedroom its only a 2 bedroom

We found the house to be clean I booked this house as a 3 bedroom unit only to find out the 3rd bedroom can not be used I had to spend an afternoon waiting for the code enforcement officer to come and make sure we were not using the 3rd bedroom The rental office never offered a refund for not having the 3rd bedroom I feel we should have reciieved something off the rental My other big let down was we were not provided any info on the wifi such as the password

Hi, Jeff. Our notes indicate you spoke with our property manager about the change in bedroom count, and did receive a $200 refund for the change in rooms which you agreed to and okayed.

Needs updates

The place was so musty it was awful. The downstairs had not been cleaned so my son slept in the living room . Downstairs shower leaks very badly. Outside light didnt work and now our entire family is sick . Terrible , so very dissatisfied. Carpet needs pulled up and thrown out.
