Cozy home for ANIMAL LOVERS! Just 15 minutes to Airport, downtown, La Cantera, Six Flax, Sea World. 20 minutes to Lackland AFB and the Missions in SA.
House sleeps up to 10 people: (please enter total number of guests) 5 beds 1 sofa bed. Bring your pets. (Fee TBD at check-in) Great for meetings, small families or groups, individual stay, person with disabilities etc. Open concept and fully equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances. Soap, towels and shampoo provided. Washer and dryer available. Garage fits 1 large car. There are Peacocks and Peahens in the neighborhood, as well as Deer. It will be an unforgettable experience if you love animals. Peacocks love to wake up early and strut around the neighborhood. It is also comfortable for your pets.

Pet friendly was the main reason we reserved this unit. We wanted to spend Christmas ALL together, including our furry family. We had enoght space for all of us. Drivable distance to any and all the main activities in San Antonio.

Beautiful house and location

The Peahen House is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. Having real peacocks in the neighborhood was pretty cool. We had easy access to several major highways that made it easy to get around San Antonio. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Peahen House.

Unaccommodating/unclean

Numerous issues. Keypad did not work on checkin and during stay, asked for extra key, they said not needed. My son and I had to coordinate our trip so we would get back at same time or not get in. Asked them to fix lock;she said not necessary. Would not make another key. Mold on all bath Mats-gross. Would not use. Dust and debris under beds, ambulance every 30 minutes or so all night. Neighbor shot off shotgun several times at night. Not expected in middle of night. I asked for extra 15 minutes past check out because had an issue and she told me I would be charged an extra 25.00I visit SA at least twice a year and never had issues like this. I would not recommend unless you have a very healthy immune system and want to deal with one issue after another and no peace.
