In La Tremblade, a pretty new 55 m2 holiday home, on one level with a sunny, enclosed terrace and garden.
Located in a quiet environment, less than 2 km from the city center, all amenities and the daily market, near the beaches and Ronce-les-Bains.

The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
It has two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed.
A large bathroom with vanity unit and walk-in shower.
The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, comfortable and very bright dining room.
