Close to parks, nature trails, sporting events, CLT Speedway, shopping, boating, golf, family activities, shopping & dining.

Community Pool - All residents & guests must obey MAX capacity guidance & practice social distancing. Sanitation Station available for sanitizing used pool surfaces after use. Please do not use the pool area if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
