Brilliantly Sun Drenched Beachfront Condo on the Sands of South Mission Bay

This 2 bedroom beachfront condo is located on the sands of South Mission bay. Enter through a tropical court, 1 flight up and a brilliant view of the expansive white sandy beach and blue waters awaits. Open floor plan from full equipped kitchen to living room culminates in a corner patio with spectacular waterfront views up and down the beach. A hallway separates the living area from the King and Queen sized bedrooms for ample privacy. King bedroom has an en suite bathroom, both bedrooms enjoy beautiful ocean side breezes. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. The living room features a new large screen with cable and smart TV functions. Wifi throughout the unit and even on part of the beach. Your own parking space is included along with plenty of toys for fun at your beach. Laundry room is available on first floor. Few hundred step walk across to the ocean side for amazing sunsets and maybe even a green flash! Markets, restaurants and shopping are all within a short walk. There are only 6 units in this quiet private building so peace and quiet are the way of life here. This is a non smoking unit. Thank you!

Perfect location and comfortable accommodations! This unit is right on the bay side. It was so nice to wake up and watch the boats while enjoying our coffee. It has ample space and everything we needed.. beds are so comfortable! Lots of markets and coffee shops within 5 min walk. We hope to return!

Great spot and easy to use

Long weekend beer tour in SD. This is a great spot with a fantastic balcony for chillin. Traffic inbound can be tough at certain times but not a show stopper. Perfect for 2 couples.

What an awesome place to stay! Gives you a real sense of the beach life - the bay is quieter than the pacific side. The apartment was clean and so relaxing!

Perfect location and beautiful property

Great location for some R&R! Nice view of the bay and very peaceful. Joe was very communicative about access and once there, we had no need to contact him because everything was very well/explained within the unit. Many walkable things to do/see in the area and it was easy for us to get to Old Town, the zoo, Little Italy, the harbor, etc by Uber. The Old Town Trolly was one of the best we've experienced to get to know the area. We would definitely stay again.

Nice family getaway

Beautiful location and property. Worked really well for our family. The access to the beach was perfect. Close enough to thw attractions in mission beach but far enough away for a quiet amd peaceful atmosphere 😀 the beds were super comfortable. Very clean and great beach toys for the kids. Would rent here again!

Family Fun!!

Enjoyed the location. Easy to get to a lot of locations we were interested in. Lots of walking areas that we enjoyed. Enjoyed sitting on balcony & watching folks go by as well as boats coming in and out. Joe as great.
