2 BR Beach House with Parking only steps to South Mission Beach - Sleeps 5

Enjoy your beach vacation on a quiet court steps to the ocean. This is the perfect getaway for couples or small families. The house is located on the ocean side of Mission Blvd, six houses from the beach and about a 2 minute walk to the calmer water on the bayside.

The large patio out front is shared with the owner occupied unit upstairs. There is a large table and seating area on the patio, with your own gas BBQ. Inside, the bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. There is a pull out couch in the living room as well as a full & twin in the bunk room. All linens and towels are included. The living room also has a large flat screen TV with cable. The house includes wifi, speakers for use with an iPod/Android.

Wonderful Mission Beach Rental

We loved our stay at this property in Mission Beach. It was just as pictured and a great location just steps to the beach and close to Belmont Park. Would definitely stay here again when traveling with another couple or with my teenage kids.

Great little get away!

We enjoyed our stay here- the kids loved the bunk beds and I loved how close we were to the bay and the beach. The place was so clean and it was a beautifully updated rental. The only down side was the night life on Friday night kept us up a bit..

We recently relocated back to San Diego after 20 years in the Bay Area. Having grown up in San Diego, I always felt that South Mission had the most beautiful beach in San Diego. A wide white sandy beach and never crowded. We were excited to find this home and to be so close to both the ocean and the bay, and to be able to share it with our guests.

Why they chose this property

The house is located on a quiet court on the beach side of Mission Blvd. We are in walking distance to food, drink, swimming & sunning on the beach or bay. You can really get by without a car.
