they provided everything for our stay EVERYTHING! before you go shopping just look in the cabinets and closets first. they had paper and cloth bags for the grocery store, utensils, aluminim foil, fans, beach chairs, body boards, everything. very nice n clean place to stay. we loved it.

This property was perfect for our family and our girls (7 and 5). The bay provided smooth, calm water and a beach right outside our door. A short walk and we were on the ocean side and all that the Pacific ocean has to offer. The property was well stocked with toiletries, dishes, silverware, beach toys, etc. Communication with the host was easy and responses were very quick. We utilized the fold out couch and it was perfect for our girls to sleep on. Evenings were quiet and (depending on the season) the main window in the living area provides a great view for the Sea World light show in the evening. The location was far enough away from all the bustle of Mission Beach but close enough for a short car ride.

We had the best possible time at this condo. Pictures truly don't do it justice! We stayed with our toddler and were impressed by how well-stocked the entire place was. When we needed an extra pillow-case, it was easily found in the closet, in a labeled bag! Our toddler had a blast playing with all of the beach toys and discovering new books to read. If you are considering this place, just book it! Looking forward to returning!

Perfect family beach house!

We are a family of two adults and two children, and we were fortunate to spend our winter break at this lovely beach house! The property is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean, and the location is great - relaxing patio overlooking the bay and very close to all of the local attractions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
