Located in the heart of St Martin, 5 minutes from the market, port and shops, this apartment of 42 m² type F2 opens on a courtyard facing south-west with garden furniture, facing the pool. It is located in a small luxury condominium.
This accommodation has a large main room kitchen / living room, a bathroom with bath, a bedroom and a separate toilet.
The apartment has all the electrical appliances.
The room is equipped with a double bed 140 and a cot for children. It is very quiet since it gives without vis-à-vis on a pedestrian alley. The living room has a closet bed of 140. All the bedding is in very good condition. Sheets and towels are not provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Presence of a booster seat for baby.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bathtub and cupboards. You will also find a baby bath.
Local bike collective located in the basement (provide locks).
