La P'tite House "Strawberry" of 52m² welcomes you in the heart of a property of 8800m²
Arrival day only on Saturdays from 16.30 and departure only on Saturdays from 10.30 in high season
La P'tite House "Strawberry" of 52m ² welcomes you in the heart of a property of 8800m ².
An entrance and independent parking and 2 outdoor dining areas with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue.
You have access to the swimming pool which is only reserved for the "Maison Fraise".
The P'tite House "Strawberry" can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children in high season if not all year 4 people.
We accept dog and cat with prior agreement.
We lend you bikes to browse the many GR tracks.
A washing machine is available from the second week of rental.
On arrival: beds will be made
You do not have to worry about towels, strollers, high chairs, mattresses to be found all on site
I will welcome you and be at your disposal to inform you about the visits, restaurants or other that there are around.
La P'tite Maison "Fraise" is located not far from the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Parc O'Gliss but also La Rochelle, Marans, La Roche sur Yon and other towns like Foussais-Payré, Vouvant, Mervent with his forest.
We have chickens, ducks, goats, dogs, cats and tortoises and also stick insects (surprise for children).
A surprise will await you for the joy of the small ones but also of the big ones (if the works are done on time)

calme, slence extraordinaires. Des gerants attentionnés, naturel, trés sociable, et super sympa.
une location cohérente en rapport qualité/prix.
nous avons loué surtout pour la piscine et le beau temps a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour en famille.
Il y a beaucoup de chose à voire dans les environs et pour réussir un bon séjour, il faut se renseigner, le preparer avant d'arriver dans les lieux.

Magnifique
Rosa et Francis sont de parfaits hotes.
A l’écoute, de bon conseil et présents en cas de besoin et d’adorables personnes.
La petite maison fraise est très sympathique pour passer des vacances tranquilles dans un endroit paisible.
Et petit plus, le coin piscine des plus agréables.
Nous conseillons cette location et nous y reviendrons sans problèmes.
