The house was amazing and perfect for our family vacation - 10 adults and 5 children. The pictures do not do the house justice. The open kitchen floor plan and large living area were ideal. The 6 bedrooms were immaculate and all had individual bathrooms. Having a second living area upstairs was perfect for those who had to do a little work during the week. Finally the beach was so so close - while the house is listed as third row, it’s actually only 3 houses from the beach. Super easy for everyone to go back to the house throughout the day as needed. Would definitely rent this house again if I return to Hilton Head.

Overall the house was great! Pool area is great with lots of chairs. An outdoor TV would make it even more perfect. Location is so close to the beach and quick golf cart ride to shops and food. Only issue was the WiFi. Everyone in our group had issues with poor WiFi/connectivity. Other than that - perfection!

Great house and great location

This house was perfect for our beach vacation! Only two houses from the beach and so close to Coligny! Our teens were able to bike ride into Coligny for lemonade and ice cream everyday which was awesome for them to spend time with their parents!

Comfortable and relaxing

We were in town for a family wedding and this property was perfect for all of our needs. The elevator was a plus as one person in our group could not go up and down stairs. The 2 zone thermostat was perfect as some people liked to sleep at a colder AC temp and others didn’t. Every bedroom had a bath. Plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Lovely spacious home just a few shorts steps from beach

Our whole family of twelve came for a grad and a Dad celebration. The house was absolutely lovely, all rooms well decorated with bath, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked and appointed. We loved the whole experience. We also loved the elevator for older family members as well as the pool/hot tub area. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. One improvement would be the front steps of the house- every other step needs to be painted of be equipped with strips to differentiate between them. An adult and several kids slipped on them, especially when wet. All in all, we loved our stay and would definitely choose this lovely home again, The vacation company is great to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay filled with great memories for our family!!

We loved the house and proximity to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever cooking utensils we needed. Bedrooms were great! And pool/hot tub was perfect! We loved it!

Definitely coming back!

We have been to HH many times, and all agreed that this is our favorite house by far. The house itself is gorgeous, and the layout is wonderful. We also love that the pool is elevated because we noticed it cut down on bugs! And last but certainly not least, you cannot be proximity to the beach. We already rebooked for later in the summer!
