Perfect couples getaway and worked great with our dogs. One of the best stocked kitchens. 100% would book again. Also the hot tub was amazing to look at the trees and stars

This is a fun, beautiful property. There are several patios, seating areas, and fire pits and it was fun having the ping-pong table and foosball. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need to cook, bake, grill. The beautiful big trees all over the property kept us cool on hot days. The back house with its own bedroom and bath make an ideal private unit. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Austin Creek for rock skipping and water play. We spent most of our time at the property and also enjoyed swimming in the Russian River and the great outdoor space for the kids at Wonderland Pizza. Enjoy!

Very cute and cozy cabin with plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the scenery. Couldn’t figure the indoor wood-burning stove, but not a big deal. The cottage had a great game room and hang-out space.

Great property!

We had a wonderful weekend in Cazadero, spent hours hanging out on the beautiful creek, under the redwoods catching up with old friends. This house was perfect and we had the best nights sleep we had all had in months!

Such a beautiful peaceful property

Beautiful Getaway

This was an absolutely beautiful property, and the home was clean and inviting. Everything was easily found (love the labeled drawers!) and the instructions for our stay there was very clear. The master bed was very comfortable as well. We loved our stay here so much, and we will definitely be returning here for future getaways!

Peaceful property

A quiet house on a long, private driveway. Plenty of room in the house, with even more outdoor livable space. Enjoyed using the fire pit for some smores and warmth. Easy access to Austin Creek a great bonus.

Magical Place

This is a beautiful property. Tastefully appointed with a very well stocked kitchen and the 1 acre fenced in yard looks like a Monet painting. The are fruit trees that were bearing all kinds of fruit ripe for the picking. We had such a relaxing vacation.

Serenity

This property is a slice of paradise. We had several days of hard rain, yet it didn’t hamper our stay. The view out every window makes you feel like you’re in the woods. The house is so beautiful and cozy. The property is totally fenced and secure, so kids and dogs are able to play and run around safely. The front and back yards are massive and provide an amazing backdrop for whatever brings you joy.

Relaxed on the River

Very good location easy for kids and a well furnished kitchen for meal prep. Would have liked an ability to lock the front door from the inside as little ones can open the door, my 16 monther figured it out. Entire complex is gated which made my 3.5 year only very happy as well as my small dog. Good size yard and very convenient access to the river, the river was shallow in late June, but easy walking to some deeper areas.

Liked Seventeen Sequoias

This was a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the amenities. Could not ask for anything more. Seems everything was furnished. The owners have some expensive things in the house. Our week was expensive. Many drawers were locked. Guess they did not want people stealing whatever was in those locked drawers...even after paying a lot of money to stay there for a week. Not trusting type owners.

It is not because owners do not trust guests. These locked areas are for the cleaners' supplies when they come after guests to restock the home and get it guest-ready! Just what we wanted....

Had an excellent stay at Seventeen Sequoia's. The property has been recently updated with a very nice kitchen and appliances, new bathroom, and new windows. The outside area has a newer Weber gas grill with a full propane tank and a full reserve. There was also very fast internet which is a must for our family. The location is easy to find, very quiet and has access to Austin Creek. There is also an area in the back of the property with chairs and fire pit...nice place to kick back and relax. We had a minor issue where the key code did not work upon our arrival. It turned out to be no big deal. I mention it because we arrived after hours and thought we were in for hassle. We called the management company's number, left a message and within minutes received a return call. They were able to correct the code remotely and all was good. I always rate company on how well they handle problems and in this case they get an A+. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed here for 3 nights. The property and house were exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen that allowed us to have our meals here and we didn't have to buy any other supplies other than our food items. It was a very clean home and the location is nice and quiet. We would definitely come back again.
