There are 6 in our family, with two small children. The accommodations worked well.There is room for a queen downstairs, and that would have been nice to have instead of a full. Everything else was great; they were very responsive to questions.

Perfect place for family time

Great spot in the river, very peaceful and perfect set up for families with older kids. Game area downstairs was great for them.

We absolutely loved the location, size of the home, cleanliness, and thoughtfulness with the provided items in the home. We had two 15 yos, a 19 yo, and two adults, there was something for everyone! We watched movies, played ping pong, and had fun in the river. Such a memorable summer getaway. Plus fur baby friendly! Thank you!

Great property for the family. Loved the location and amenities. The beach access was great, however, the neighbors have claimed a lot of space at this public beach, so make sure to get there earlier in the day if you want to be by the river. Overall, wonderful property and would definitely stay again.

Great house with direct access to a shared beach with a deep-enough swimming hole. The house was easy to find and access, and had all the room and stuff we needed for two families of four for a three day weekend. It’s in a cute neighborhood, but you’ll have to drive about 2 miles into town for groceries or ice cream (recommended!). The locals or full-timers seem to stake out permanent spots on the beach, but were plenty pleasant to us when we slotted in among them. And the house keeps several boats and kayaks down at the water, making it easy to go for a row. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful location and cozy home! Located right on the river with a gorgeous view out the back windows and sitting on the deck to watch the sunset over the river. We had a wonderful time with our kids and dog. We celebrated Mother's Day and my daughter's 16th birthday. Floating down the river, BBQ meals on the deck and cuddled in for movie nights. We enjoyed using the ping pong table and the chairs provided for sitting down at the river. Will definitely go back to this location.

This property has a lot of room. Would probably be good for people with kids. It’s in a bit of a rustic area so if you’re looking for a more refined experience, this would probably not be a fit.
