In Vertbois on the island of Oléron, single storey house of 110m2 on closed plot of 1500m2 in a quiet area less than 1km from the beach and 3km from shops.

Living room with fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker), 2 shower rooms, 1 separate WC, 4 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed and an extra bedroom with sofa bed and cot.

Included services:
Wi-fi, TV with chromecast, PS3 console with blue ray player (large collection of games and films), garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis table.
Baby equipment.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. However, a cleaning package can be purchased as an option for 90 €.

Household linen is not provided. Again, optionally, it can be made available. Contact us for a quote as needed.
