Enjoy lake life in our 4 BR/2.5 Bath home with all amenities in a quiet neighborhood with lake access at the end of the road. WiFi, Smart TV streaming, Linens/Towels provided as well as sundries. Bring your boat, kayaks, bikes, and park alongside the house. 2.5 car garage will hold your toys and vehicles.
Spring 2024 renovations to Master Bath tiled shower with glass doors and more, freshly painted April 2024.
Conveniently located less than 5 minute drive to the Pinnacle Boat Launch (south side entry of 150) or the McCrary Creek Access Area, new Publix food store, Toucans waterfront restaurant with live music, and less than 8 miles to I-77 and Mooresville shopping centers. Enjoy a quiet walk, run or bike ride down beautiful waterfront McGee Point Road and surrounding area.
Anglers take advantage of the great fishing season when the lake has less boat traffic and the fish are aggressive for food.
The house sits on over an acre of land most of which is privately fenced with a back deck to relax on while taking in the woodland view of birds in our area. Patio and grill in the backyard with a table and chairs for 8. Dogs allowed with owner approval. NO cats. Master on main level with large walk-in closet and private bath with separate water closet/soaking tub/2 sinks. Upstairs 3 large bedrooms, full bath, large hallway closet filled with towels. Fully equipped kitchen with open floor plan on the main level and high ceilings. We keep our home neat and clean for guests to enjoy and make it a perfect relaxing vacation!
No guests under 28 years of age, Signed Lessee Must Be Present During Stay
$3,500/mo. plus electric lease agreement must be signed.

Originally from the NY/NJ area, I spent the last 25 years living in a ski community in Vermont managing my vacation rental properties. We added Lake Norman to our portfolio of properties after discovering there are so many fun things to do in the area, great shopping and restaurants while able to live a relaxing scenic lifestyle on the lake. Many people are relocating to the area, so we have made our property available to you long term while seeking out your new home. We like our guests to have a great vacation and stay in a newly decorated clean home. Over the years we have had repeat guests time and time again in the north. We hope to add you to our list in the south!! Bring your dog....we always vacation with ours they are a big part of our family.
