Cute, peaceful home located in Pensacola, Florida. This home is centrally located to everything you need! The home is only 20 minutes from beautiful Pensacola Beach, 15 minutes from the Naval Air Station, 5 minutes from downtown, Pensacola and 25 min from Perdido Key! 2 Walmart's, Target, Publix and Aldi's grocery stores are also nearby for shopping. If you like shopping at antique and thrift stores several within 5-10 mins from house. Several family restaurants and fast food restaurants within 5-10 of house. Exterior only security cameras.

Smoking allowed outside property and on back screened in patio. Provided you clean up used cigarettes butts/ ashtray used. Dispose butts in trash
