Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used towels, washcloths, and linens not included the blankets in laundry bags that are in each closet.
Remove all garbage from the unit and put in outdoor trash can.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Candles and incense are prohibited.
Rear door should remain locked at all times and only used in an emergency to exit the property. No loitering in the exiting hallway.
Be mindful of the guests in the other unit. Keep music at a reasonable level. Quiet time is from 12am-8am.
