For shared use: well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers, swimming pool angular (15 x 8 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, public car park. Shop, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 900 m, railway station 5 km, ferry 4.8 km, sandy beach 800 m. Tennis 3 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
