Travaux à côté de la maison en location: construction d’une maison assurant des nuisances les prochains mois. Propriétaire harcelante: démission de la personne assurant l’accueil, exaspérée, suite à son comportement inqualifiable. + voiture que l’on ne peut garer qu’en plein soleil.

Après avoir accueilli des centaines de clients, j’ai connu ici la pire des expériences : un client au comportement suspect qui n’a jamais répondu aux messages téléphoniques ou aux mails de relance pour signer les documents contractuels, état des lieux et règlement intérieur. Sur place, le client a maintenu cette attitude de refus, à notre plus grande surprise, et de confirmer son identité. Une réaction à mon égard agressive et menaçante. La Villa, louée pour 2 personnes a fait l’objet de visites incessantes et a été rendue dans un état déplorable. Etonnamment rien n’est dit sur ses prestations…

Un séjour génial dans une maison exceptionnelle

Voilà une location que je recommande vivement. La maison est neuve et la propriétaire a tout fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. La décoration de toute la maison est particulièrement soignée. Il y a suffisamment de place pour que deux familles passent de super vacances ensembles. Nous avons également apprécié la qualité des services : le super barbecue, le lave linge séchant, les vélos tout neufs que la propriétaire nous a loué ce qui nous a évité de courir en louer ailleurs et en plus financièrement à un prix intéressant ! On a également aimé la belle terrasse qui donne sur un jardin paysagé. Les palmiers sont superbes. Un havre de paix. Bref vous l'aurez compris nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour cette location.
