One of the most beautiful houses in Oléron! Large new house of 230 m2 with large enclosed garden, salt swimming pool (11x3.5) and petanque court. The house has parking for 3 cars.<br>It is an extremely bright house with large bay windows, including a 6m pocket window overlooking the terrace. <br>It is composed of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 separate toilets, a bright living room, a TV room and a huge kitchen - dining room of 50m2 opening onto a large terrace.<br>Ideally placed to get around on foot, the market (600m), the bakery (300m) and the beach (550m) are all less than 5 minutes walk away. A bike rental company is also present 500m away to organise your rides on the island.<br>The house has WIFI, a BBQ, a robot vacuum cleaner.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus auf der Ile d‘Oleron. Das ganze Haus war super sauber und gepflegt und auch die Gastgeber haben sich sehr gut gekümmert.
