The house is located on the top of a small hill within walking distance of the village of Sablet. The location is very peaceful and is in the heart of the rocky range of the Dentelles de Montmirail, very close to the famous vineyards of Gigondas. The view from the house is spectacular, overlooking the Dentelles and the beautiful villages of Sablet and Seguret. The house offers exceptional comfort with a very large living/dining room with panoramic view, four large bedrooms all en-suite and air-conditioning. There is a swimming-pool (dimensions are 5 x 10 meters) located in the centre of the garden bordered by olive-and pine trees. 4 stars class holiday home (CléVacances references)

This villa is a family home that we built recently and use at the weekend to spend time with family and friends in this wonderful area. We rent it to enable tourists to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the comfort of the house.

What makes this property unique

The house was built with a sense of maximum comfort and modernity. The large windows allow a 360° view of the wooded grounds and the surrounding countryside. The location is ideal providing spacious and comfortable accomodation in a peaceful environment close to the traditional provencal village of Sablet.
