Nuits sonores, très sonores, trop sonores.

Joli studio idéalement situé à deux pas de tout (plage, magasins, cafés/restaurants ...). Résidence agréable, accueil très sympathique de la part de l'Agence. Tout était réuni pour passer une agréable semaine au bord de la plage. Alors pourquoi mes deux étoiles en appréciation générale ? Arrivés le samedi, nous avons du écourter notre séjour et rentrer le mercredi au lieu du samedi suivant !!! La raison : le tapage nocturne des jeunes sur la plage devant l'immeuble à partir de minuit et jusqu'à 4 heures du matin et ce dès notre première nuit au Lavandou !!! Discussions à voix haute, musique à fond ...... Avec la chaleur nous ne pouvions pas dormir avec la baie vitrée fermée car pas de climatisation. Nous avons attendu la nuit de mardi à mercredi pour appeler la Police Municipale. C'est dommage car Le Lavandou est une commune magnifique, mais si cette situation perdure durant les beaux jours et si la Mairie n'organise pas une surveillance très efficace, les touristes se lasseront.

Belle vue mer, problème circulation aération et parking difficile

Appartement sans circulation d'air (ventilateur trop petit) et très chaud car très difficile de faire circuler l'air compte tenu de la taille importante de la loggia Parking au sous sol avec rampe accès voiture pentu, désagréable peu pratique, qui nous a vraiment handicapé
